Simple cheese and egg beater quiche.

Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Quiche

1/2 cup egg beaters
1 ounce low-fat cream cheese, diced
1 ounce colby cheese, shredded
1 salt to taste
1 pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Quiche

  1. Spray 4" x 4" baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. Combine egg beaters and salt & pepper in a bowl, mixing together.

  3. Add cheeses to the egg beaters.

  4. Place in the baking dish.

  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.

  6. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
