My family's cheesy potatoes recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Potatoes

32 oz Hash Browns
1 can (10.75 oz) Soup, Cream Of Chicken
2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 cup Cream, Sour, Reduced Fat, Cultured
2 cup Cereal
1 stick Margarine, Regular, Hard
0.5 cup, chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Potatoes

  1. Mix the hash brown, onion, soup, sour cream, cheese, half the margarine (melted) and spread in a 9x13 glass baking dish. Cover in crushed flakes (1 cup crushed) mixed with the remaining margarine, melted. Bake at 350 for an hour.

  2. (If making in advance, assemble but leave off topping until baking)
