Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Potatoes and Carrots

2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
4 carrot Carrots
1 medium Sweetpotato
1 medium raw Onion Red
3 tsp Becel Light Margarine
10 grams Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 serving 1% Partly Skimmed Milk
113 g Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Potatoes and Carrots

  1. Boil vegetables until tender and slice into thin slices.

  2. Melt butter in saucepan, add flour and seasonings. then mix milk and bring to a boil. When thick, stir in cheese.

  3. Now arrange vegetables in layer, then spoon half of the cheesy mixture. Arrange the remaining vegetables and top with the other half of cheese mixture.

  4. Bake 45 min to 1 hr at 375C
