Cheesy Potato Soup. Great for main dish or appetizer

Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Potato Soup

2 cup, diced Potatoes, Russet, Flesh And Skin
1.5 cup, chopped Onions
8 oz Carrots
1 cup, diced Celery
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
6 tsp Bouillon
4 tbsp Butter
2 cup Sharp Cheddar Shredded Cheese
1.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
0.5 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Potato Soup

Combine all chopped veggis, butter, boullon in water in a large pot- bring to a boil. reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Meanwhile mix the cheese, flour, and milk. Add 1 tsp of ground mustard and 1/2 tsp of salt and a dash of pepper. When veggies are done simmering, add cheese mixture and stir until melted. Serve. Makes about 8-1 cup servings.
