Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Potato Bake Reduced

2 pounds hash browns, thawed
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon butter, melted
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup fat free sour cream
2 cups corn flakes, crushed

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Potato Bake Reduced

  1. Mix melted butter with vegetable oil, then mix with crushed cornflakes

  2. Mix cheese, soup, sour creams and potatoes.

  3. Place in a 9x13 pan and top with buttered cornflakes.

  4. Bake at 325 F for 1 1/4--1 1/2 hours.

  5. Can do ahead.
