A bit like risotto, great way to clean the fridge.

Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Peasy Rice

1 c. spring onion
2 tbsp canola oil
1 c. uncooked wild rice
2 c. uncooked brown rice
1 c. dill weed
1/2 lb peas
1/3 c. parmesan cheese
1 1/2 oz. cheddar cheese
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Peasy Rice

saute the onion/ramp mixture in the oil. Add the wild rice, 1/2 the dill & water. After 20 minutes add the brown rice & oil. Cook until done. Add the rest of the dill and the tops of the spring onions. Parboil the peas. Mix into the rice. Add the cheeses and season to taste.
