Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Mushroom Turkey Bake

1 clove garlic
3/4 cup Quinoa
2 tbsp Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
1 oz Fat Free Milk
1 can (10.75 oz) Soup, Cream Of Mushroom
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
5 serving Mayo
16 oz (raw) Ground Turkey
1 1/4 cup Cheese

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Mushroom Turkey Bake

  1. In a small saucepan combine the quinoa, and water with a touch of salt. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and cover. Cook for 18-21 minutes, or until fluffy and white ring/tail is visible. Fluff with a fork.

  2. Preheat over to 350 degrees and coat a shallow 8x8 casserole dish with vegetable cooking spray.

  3. In a large bowl combine the soup, mayo, chopped mushrooms, minced garlic, milk, shredded cheese, and a dash of pepper until well mized. Stir in quinoa.

  4. Spoon mixture into dish and sprinkle Parmesan on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until edges are bubbly and golden. Makes 8 servings.
