Good with pasta, over spaghetti squash or over veggies

Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Mushroom Dill sauce

4 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped fine
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp fresh dill
3 ounces Chevre Goat Cheese
1/4 cup Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup Becel Salt Free Margarine

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Mushroom Dill sauce

Saute the onions, garlic and mushrooms in the Becel Salt Free margarine in large saute pan until mushrooms caramelize. Add the chevre and yogurt, stir gently until chevre is melted and incorporated into the sauce. Add the dill and 1/4 cup water. This makes a thick sauce, you can add more water to thin it if you like. Good over veggies for a meatless meal.
