A simple but sooo good dip that's great for corn chips, or spread over eggs, sandwiches, or burritos.

Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Mexican Dip

17 grams jalapeno, minced
84 grams green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic, minced
15 oz Cheese Whiz
16 oz Wegman's black bean dip
115 grams Fage 2% plain Greek yogurt
50 grams Muenster cheese, finely grated

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Mexican Dip

  1. Fry jalapeno, pepper, and garlic in a nonstick frying pan until softened and just browned.

  2. Combine with cheez whiz, dip, and yogurt in a baking dish.

  3. Cover with shredded cheese.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and begins to brown.

  5. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then serve.
