My friend Jenni from college graciously shared this recipe with me... I can't believe it gets a B! (Although if I add more cheese it might not teehee!)

Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy mashed potatoes

8 yukon gold potatoes
3 tbsp butter
1 c milk
1/2 c sour cream
2 c cheddar cheese (shredded)

Recipe Directions for Cheesy mashed potatoes

  1. Cut potatoes into quarters or eighths, boil until a fork goes into them easily.

  2. Add butter, milk, and sour cream and mash it to your desired consistency.

  3. While it's still warm, stir in as much shredded cheese as you can handle so it melts through and get all gooey, cheesy goodness.

  4. Enjoy!
