Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Macaroni and Vegetables

3 cups water
1 cups macaroni
2 cups Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp butter
3/4 cups milk

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Macaroni and Vegetables

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine 1 puch of Lipton Tomato Vegetable Soup Mix with 3 cups of water: bring to a boil.

  2. Add macaroni and cook covered for 10-15 minutes or until tender; stir occasionally.

  3. Add 1-1/2 cups cheese, butter and milk.

  4. Place in buttered shallow casserole.

  5. Top with buttered bread crumbs all around the ends.

  6. Bake at 325F for 20 minutes.

  7. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and bake another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crumbs are browned.
