Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole

1/4 cup country crock
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1.42 g 1/4 tsp. Tony?s seasoning
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup fat free sour cream
1 pound bag hash browns, slightly thawed
2 cups Cheese

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9 x 9 inch glass baking dish with non-stick spray. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion until soft, but not browned. Turn heat to low and stir in the soup, cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning, until well blended. Remove skillet from heat and add the shredded potatoes; mix well. Taste and adjust seasonings. Put mixture into the prepared glass baking dish bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
