Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Ham & Potato Frittata

8 oz Bell Pepper Red
2 cup(81 g) Shredded Hash Browns
3 oz Diced Ham Water Added
0.5 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
8 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
0.5 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Ham & Potato Frittata

Preheat oven to 350F. In Classic Batter Bowl, combine potatoes, ham, bell pepper and onions; mix well. Spoon into Large (10-in.) Saute Pan. 2.In Small Batter Bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and black pepper using Stainless Steel Whisk. Pour egg mixture over potato mixture in pan. 3.Bake 30-32 minutes or until eggs are just set in center. Remove from oven. Using Deluxe Cheese Grater, shred cheese evenly over frittata. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve.Yield: 6 servings
