Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Green Beans

12 oz green beans
1 clove garlic
1 salt
1 pepper
3/4 cup fat free sour cream
8 oz Fat Free Cheddar
1 tsp rosemary, dried
1 tbsp basil, dried

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Green Beans

  1. Cut beans into bite-size pieces and steam 3-4 minutes (NOT fully cooked).

  2. Cool beans in cold water, drain, and place in casserole sprayed with cooking spray.

  3. Add crushed or finely mined garlic to bans, salt/pepper to taste.

  4. Separately mix cheese, sour cream, rosemary, and basil; add mix to beans.

  5. Cover and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes--use lower time if beans will be used for microwaving later.
