Potato Gratin with green onions, leeks and garlic.

Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Garlic, Green Onion & Leek Potato Gratin

2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1 leek, thinly sliced
1/4 cup green onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp sea salt
3/4 cups shredded provolone cheese
1/2 cup whipping cream

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Garlic, Green Onion & Leek Potato Gratin

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Grease a 2-guart square baking dish.

  3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes, then half of the onions and leeks.

  4. Sprinkle with half of garlic, sea salt and pepper.

  5. Sprinkle with half of cheese.

  6. Repeat layer.

  7. Pour whipping cream over top.

  8. Bake, covered for 1 hour.

  9. Uncover, bake for 20 minutes (until top is golden brown).

  10. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
