Yummy cheesy eggs. Do I need to say more? I guess I do. All the fats in this meal are healthy fats and the cholesterol is natural which reduces cholesterol levels in the body if you are not consuming enough.

Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Eggs

4 eggs
2 tbsp whipping cream
1 clove garlic
3 oz cream cheese, 1/4 inch cubes
3 tbsp Parmesan, grated
1 tbsp butter
1 pepper, to taste

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Eggs

  1. mix eggs, cream cheese, cream, and pepper in a bowl

  2. melt butter in skillet on medium

  3. when butter is bubbly add garlic

  4. when garlic starts to brown add egg mixture

  5. stir eggs occasionally until eggs are to your liking.

  6. sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top of the eggs

  7. when cheese starts to melt serve eggs
