Egg Noodles with Basil Tomato and Garlic and cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Egg Noodle Basil & Tomato

150 g egg noodles, uncooked
440 g Tomatoes, diced
25 g Olive Oil
50 g Onion, diced
15 g Garlic
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 cup American cheese, grated
2 eggs
5 g Basil, fresh

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Egg Noodle Basil & Tomato

  1. Cook egg noodles

  2. Fry onion, garlic in pan until onion is translucent.

  3. Add half of the tomatoes.

  4. Cook until soft. Add noodles, beaten eggs, rest of tomatoes basil and top with cheese. Cover for 10 min. and serve.
