Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Chicken and Rice

16 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
8 oz Corn, Sweet, Yellow
8 oz Beans Cut Green
11 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup dry Brown Rice
2 oz 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar
8 oz water

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Chicken and Rice

  1. Combine soup, can of water, veggies and rice in bottom of casserole dish. Top with chicken breasts.

  2. Cook at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

  3. Top with cheddar cheese once cooked. Let stand for 10 minutes.
