Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Chicken and Rice

2 chicken breast
2 cups white rice
3 oz light processed cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 cups water
1 dash black pepper
1 dash salt
1 dash italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Chicken and Rice

  1. preheat over to 375

  2. cook rice as box directs

  3. coat chicken with bread crumbs (shake n bake style)

  4. cook in over for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through

  5. pour rice into casserole dish. slice cheese into cubes and sprinkle over rice. place cooked chicken on top. Pop back in the over for another 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. sprinkle with salt, pepper, and seasoning. serve hot.
