Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole

Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole

1 pounds Skinless boneless chicken breast halves
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup white rice
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 cups mixed vegetables
1/2 cup shredded cheese

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole

  1. Use 4 frozen chicken breast halves.

  2. Preheat over to 375. Stir the soup, water, rice, onion powder, black pepper and vegetables in a 2 quart.

  3. Top with the chicken. Cover the baking dish.

  4. Bake for 50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender. Top with the cheese. Let the casserole stand for 10 minutes. Stir the rice before serving.
