From Campbells Cream of Chicken Can

Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of chicken soup
1 1/3 cup water
3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
12 ounce skinless boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole

  1. 1. Stir soup, water, rice, onion powder, black pepper & veggies in 11x8" shallow baking dish.

  2. 2. Top w/chicken. Season chicken as desired. Cover.

  3. 3. Bake at 375 for 50 minutes or until chicken and rice are done. Top with cheese. Let casserole stand for 10 minutes. Stir rice before serving.
