Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

1 can (Campbell's) Cream of Chicken Soup
1 1/3 cups Water
3/4 cup Long Grain White Rice
2 cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
2 (Tyson) Chicken Breast
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

  1. Stir the soup, water, rice, vegetables and onion powder in a shallow baking dish.

  2. Cut the 2 chicken breasts in halves. Place the 4 pieces of chicken on top of the mixture.

  3. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until done.

  4. Top with cheese, and serve once cheese has melted.
