Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Chicken and Rice Bake

2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
4 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
0.75 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
15 oz Black Beans
4.5 oz Diced Green Chiles
6 oz Chunky Salsa
1.764 oz Cilantro

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Chicken and Rice Bake

  1. Cook and shred chicken breasts, and cook rice according to directions. If not using a quick-cooking rice, make sure you start it in advance!

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  3. In large bowl, mix together all ingredients (minus the cilantro) together thoroughly.

  4. Scoop into a baking dish.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and sprinkle with remaining 2 oz of cheese.
