Skinny Version - use reduced fat soup and cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy chicken pot pie cups

1 raw dough in a can biscuits
1 cup chicken breast (cooked)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup mixed vegetables
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp. pepper

Recipe Directions for Cheesy chicken pot pie cups

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. separate biscuit dough and place each in a lightly greased muffin tin. Pressing gently to the side of the cup.

  3. in Bowl combine chicken, chicken soup, veggies, cheese and seasoning, mix well.

  4. evenly spoon mixture into cups. Bake for 12 to 15 min or until golden brown.
