Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Chicken Macaroni

3 cups boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into chunks
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
10 oz whole wheat spiral macaroni, uncooked (recipe actually calls for 2 cups dry, tried to use ounces so system would recognize it)
12 oz Velveeta reduced fat cheese product, cut up
1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets, steamed al dente

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Chicken Macaroni

  1. Cook and stir chicken in large skillet sprayed with no stick cooking spray 2 minutes or until no longer pink.

  2. Stir in broth.

  3. Bring to boil.

  4. Stir in macaroni, reduce heat to medium low; cover with tight fitting lid.

  5. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.

  6. Add cheese and broccoli; stir until cheese is melted.
