A lasagna I made with some leftovers.

Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Chicken Lasagna

200 g Chicken Breast
16 oz Tomato Sauce
90 g Red Peppers
2 tbs Roasted Garlic Hummus
4 oz Cream Cheese Light
70 g Shredded Mozzarella Light
58 g Egg Noodles

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Chicken Lasagna

  1. Cook the chicken in water for about 20 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile cook the noodles and tomato sauce.

  3. Mix in desired spices and hummus into the tomato sauce. Finely cut the red pepper and mix into sauce.

  4. Drain the chicken and shred. Mix chicken with cream cheese, mozzarella and some hot water (about 2 tbs)

  5. In an oven safe pan, pour one third of the tomato sauce, then half the chicken mix and half the noodles. Then do it again and top the dish with the remaining tomato sauce.

  6. Bake in preheated oven (350 F) for about 45 min.
