Basically your "Helper"-esque meal made with fresher ingredients. Not intended for everyday eating as it is a high calorie dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Chicken Casserole

5 cup Peas, Green
2 cup,+chopped+or+diced Chicken
1 cup 2% Milk
2 clove Garlic
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 cup Cream of Chicken Soup
1 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1/4 tsp Salt
1 cup, diced Celery
1 tsp Pepper, Black
16 oz Noodles, Egg
16 oz Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Chicken Casserole

  1. In large dutch oven or heavy bottomed pan, sweat onions and celery in olive oil.

  2. Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds or until fragrant.

  3. Add cream, soup and cheese. Stir occasionally until smooth and thickened.

  4. Combine chicken, noodles and cheese sauce to casserole dish.

  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
