Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli with Rice

4 oz. Kraft fat free shredded cheese
1 lb chicken, lean and cooked
1 cup white rice, cooked
9 oz broccoli, cooked
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup Fat free chicken broth
1 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli with Rice

  1. Pre-heat over to 350 degrees.

  2. In large dish combine chicken, broccoli, cheese, and rice.

  3. Blend flour, salt, and pepper. Over low heat combine broth and milk, add flour mixture and stir constantly until think. Boil 1 minute. Combine with mix in casserole dish and stir until well blended. Cook for 40-45 minutes.
