Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli w/Cauliflower

1 1/2 lbs chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 cups broccoli
1 1/2 cups cauliflower
3 cups rice
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli w/Cauliflower

  1. In saucepan, heat oil to medium heat, fry cubed chicken and season with chosen seasonings (I use seasoned salt, garlic pepper, crushed red pepper, paprika)

  2. Place cut broccoli and cauliflower in microwave safe dish with 3 tbsp water, cover with lid and steam in microwave for 1 minute.

  3. In medium pot, empty soup cans and heat on medium heat. Add cheese and milk. Stir often. Once sauce is consistent, add chicken and vegetables.

  4. In seperate pot, prepare rice (or noodles).

  5. Serve mixture over rice or noodles. Salt to taste.
