Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy broccoli cauliflower crustless quiche

6 egg Grade A Large Organic Brown Eggs
8 oz Cheddar Cheese
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
32 oz Broccoli and Cauliflower
0.5 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
1 tsp Bouillon

Recipe Directions for Cheesy broccoli cauliflower crustless quiche

  1. 2 16-oz pkg frozen broccoli florets and cauliflower, thawed & drained

  2. 6 eggs, beaten

  3. 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded

  4. 1 med onion, chopped

  5. tsp cayenne pepper or to taste

  6. 1 tsp no-sodium chicken bouillon (Wylers) or to taste

  7. Directions:

  8. Thaw and thoroughly drain frozen broccoli and cauliflower

  9. Beat 6 eggs.

  10. Grate 8 oz cheese (I prefer Cheddar, but you could use Swiss).

  11. Chop 1 med onion

  12. Spices: 1/2 tsp cayenne and 1 tsp no-sodium chicken bouillon--to taste

  13. Mix eggs, cheese, onions & spices together. Add vegetables. Mix well.

  14. Pour into lightly oiled deep casserole dish or 9 x 13 baking pan. Cover with foil.

  15. Bake 350 one hour covered and 15-10 minutes uncovered or until set.
