Cheesy Baked Pasta with Spinach and Artichokes

Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Baked Pasta with Spinach and Artichokes

8 oz Rigatoni Mezzi Dry
14 oz artichoke hearts
9 oz Creamed Spinach
1 oz Parmesan, grated
8 oz mozzarella, grated

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Baked Pasta with Spinach and Artichokes

  1. Cook pasta according to box, drain, return to pot.

  2. Add artichoke hearts, spinach, Parmesan, 1 cup of mozzarella, and 1/4 tsp pepper. Toss to combine.

  3. Transfer pasta mixture to shallow 2 qt baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cup of mozzarella.

  4. Broil until the cheese is browned in spots, 2-3 minutes.
