Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Artichoke Dip

14 oz artichokes, canned
125 g light cream cheese
1/4 cup light sour cream
1 clove garlic
4 tbsp parmesan
1/4 cup shredded cheddar
3 tbsp shredded cheddar

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Artichoke Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. Drain artichokes and chop.

  3. Finely mince garlic.

  4. Add all ingredients (except the 3 tbsp of cheddar) to an oven-proof casserole dish and blend together.

  5. Top with the remaining cheddar. Cover and bake for 10-15 minutes.

  6. Remove cover and bake until slightly browned.
