1 cup, cubes Yam
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
2 dash Pepper, Black
0.25 tablespoon Rosemary

Recipe Directions for Cheesey Yam Crisps

  1. Bake 425 for 20-30 minutes.

  2. Food process yuam, mix in egg, and remaining ingredients. Scoop onto pan and press thin as possible.
