Recipe Ingredients for cheesey shells

4 ounce cheddar cheese
8 ounce pasta shells
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 cup 2% milk

Recipe Directions for cheesey shells

  1. Cook pasta shells and set aside.

  2. Melt butter over low heat. stir in flour and paprika, cook for 2 minutes.

  3. Add milk, stir and cook until thickens.

  4. Stir in shredded cheese in small bit into all melted.

  5. Add cheese to pasta and mix well.
