1.5 cup Frozen Broccoli
1 medium Green Bell Pepper
1.25 cup Cream of Potato Soup
1.5 cup Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Cheesey Morning Bake

  1. Thaw frozen ingredients.

  2. Mix all but 1/4 c. cheese.

  3. Spread in 1.5 qt. baking dish.

  4. Top with the rest of the cheese.

  5. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until cheese is brown and bubbly.
