2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
0.75 cup slices Carrots
1 stalk, small (5" long) Celery
0.25 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1/2 cup Lima Beans
2.25 tbsp Omega Plus Buttery Spread
