Nice alternative to au-gratin potates - crock pot friendly!

Recipe Ingredients for Cheesey Hash-Brown Bake

32 oz frozen hash browns
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz sour cream
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup onions, sliced green onions
1 tbsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Cheesey Hash-Brown Bake

  1. Partially thaw frozen hash browns until they are easily mixed.

  2. Mix soup and sour cream in a mixing bowl.

  3. In a large bowl add the seasonings, sour-cream/soup mixture, hash browns and shredded cheese. Mix well.

  4. Put in baking dish (or crock pot). Top with sliced green onions.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-60 minutes, or crock pot on high until ready to serve.

  6. If you want to spice this up, add some crumbled bacon for extra flavor and zing!
