A Quick, Easy, Low Calorie Breakfast With Lots Of Protein That Tastes Delicious.

Recipe Ingredients for Cheesey Egg Breakfast.

1 slice Of Wheat Bread
1/4 cup Better'n eggs
1/4 tsp Cayenne Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1 oz Sliced Swiss Cheese
1 oz Sliced Ham

Recipe Directions for Cheesey Egg Breakfast.

  1. 1. Cut a small hole-about 2 in. diamter- in center of the slice of bread.

  2. 2. Mix Better'n Eggs with Cayenne And Garlic.

  3. 3. Put Bread On A Nonstick Frying Pan And Pour All Of The Eggs Into The Hole in the bread, slowly. Then Wait for about 30 seconds.

  4. 4. Place sliced cheese and ham on top of the bread and flip the bread over.

  5. 5. Wait until eggs have cooked thorough- this should not take long.

  6. Serve Warm.
