1 1/2 cup Fat free mayo
1 1/2 cup Grated Parmasan cheese

  1. chop artichoke

  2. put in bowl with mayo and cheese, mix well

  3. put in shallow baking dish (a pie plate works well) and bake at 350 for 15 minutes or a little longer
