Recipe Ingredients for cheesecake

180 g silken tofu
110 g tofutti cream cheese
70 g sugar
60 g Alpro Soy Milk
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
60 g Lindt dark choc bunny
112 g bourbon biscuit
30 g pure spread

Recipe Directions for cheesecake

  2. 1.Blend chocolate bourbon biscuits and melted butter together in a blender, until you get coarse crumbs.

  3. 2.Pat a layer of crumbs onto the bottom of a springform pan. Tightly press the crumbs and form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

  4. 1.Preheat the oven to 180C/ 350F/Gas 4.

  5. 2.For the cheesecake, crush the bourbon biscuits into crumbs and place into a bowl. Pour over the melted butter. Press into a 14cm/6in spring-form cake tin to form the base.
