From the back of a condensed milk label. I know it's horribly unhealthy; I just want to know how bad it is :)

Recipe Ingredients for Cheesecake

20 tbsp Graham Cracker Crumbs
0.33 cup Butter
0.25 cup Sugars, Granulated
16 oz Neufchatel Cheese
3 large Egg, Whole
4 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
14 oz Condensed Milk
8 oz Cream, Sour, Cultured

Recipe Directions for Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven to 300F

  2. Mix 1/3 cup melted butter, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1.25 cups graham cracker crumbs in a bowl. Press into bottom of 9 inch springform pan.

  3. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.

  4. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

  5. Add eggs and lemon juice, mix well.

  6. Pour in prepared pan and bake 50-55 minutes.

  7. Top with 8 ounces sour cream and bake 5 minutes longer.

  8. Cool and top with fruit or pie filling if desired.
