Recipe Ingredients for Cheesecake Low Fat

6 1/2 oz neufchatel cream cheese
11 oz farmer cheese
2 eggs
1/4 c egg whites
1 T vanilla
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c Splenda
1/4 t salt
1 T almonds

Recipe Directions for Cheesecake Low Fat

  1. Used 7 oz light cream cheese & 15 oz farmer cheese & eggbeaters, but adjusted ingredients/amounts listed in recipe to match listed calories & fat on packages.

  2. Bake in 550 degree oven for 10 min & reduce to 200 degrees for 90 min. Cool several hr & refrigerate.
