3 tbsp butter
84 g pkg lemon jello (1 3oz pkg)
2 c low fat cottage cheese
1 tsp grated lemon peel

Recipe Directions for CHEESECAKE, LEMON CHEESECAKE PIE

  1. Heat over to 350.

  2. In med saucepan, melt margarine; remove from heat. Stirn in drumbs. Perss in bottom and up sides of 9-in pie pan. Bake at 350 for 4-5 min or until lightly browned. Chill.

  3. In small bowl, dissovle gelatin in 1 c boiling water. Cook to lukewarm. In blnder, blend cottage cheese and lemon peel until smooth. Slow blend in gelatin mix; pour into chilled crust. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
