Recipe Ingredients for Cheesecake Filling

32 oz Cream Cheese (Original 31% MF, Philadelphia)
0.46 cup sugar
330 Sour Cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Cheesecake Filling

  1. Make crust.

  2. Make cream cheese room temperature / heat in 15 second intervals until so.

  3. Blend cream cheese, and add sugar, sour cream and vanilla extract. Blend in.

  4. Blend in eggs one at a time - do not overbeat.

  5. Pour into crust.

  6. Bake 350 F.

  7. About an hour, slightly jiggly. Refrigerate.
