Recipe Ingredients for Cheesecake with Egg Beaters

24 oz low fat cream cheese
1/4 oz lemon zest
7 oz sugar, granulated
6 oz heavy cream
9 oz egg beaters
2 teaspoons almond extract

Recipe Directions for Cheesecake with Egg Beaters

  1. Combined cream cheese, lemon zest, and sugar in 5 qt. mixing bowl

  2. With a paddle attachment, mix on speed two until smooth

  3. Scrape bowl often, mixture must be lump free

  4. Continue to scrape mixture

  5. Add flavoring

  6. Pour into graham crack crust and bake in water bath at 325 degrees until set.

  7. Cool. Store in refrigerator
