Recipe Ingredients for Cheesecake Cupcakes

24 oz fat free cream cheese
1 cup splenda
5 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
8 oz fat free sour cream
1 cup splenda
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Cheesecake Cupcakes

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and line cupcake pan with paper liners.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla. spoon into cupcake pans and fill about 2/3 to 3/4 full.

  3. Bake 30 mins. Remove and cool for 5-10 minutes.

  4. Whisk sour cream, splenda, and vanilla. Spoon intol well of each cupcake.

  5. Return to oven and bak 5-7 more minutes. Do not remove cupcakes from pan until completely cool.
