Recipe Ingredients for cheesecake cupcakes

4 Strawberries
7 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 serving Pectin, Liquid
1 tbsp Butter
16 oz Cream Cheese
2 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
1.25 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
0.06 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
120 grams Grahams Honey Low Fat
6 tbsp Butter
0.33 cup Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for cheesecake cupcakes

  1. Combine 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs with 1/3 c sugar and 6 tbsp melted butter. put a layer of graham mixture in bottom of lined cupcake tin. Bake for 7 mins at 350. Cool.

  2. Put 16 oz creamcheese, 1 cup sugar, 1 1/4 c milk, 2 eggs, and 1 tbsp flour in blender. Mix on high for 3 mins. Add this mixture on top of graham cracker in cupcake tin until cups are nearly full. Bake at 350 for 30 mins. Let cool.

  3. Add 1 tbsp jam in the small crater on top of cheesecake. Let cool in refridgerator overnight and enjoy.
