Recipe Ingredients for Cheeseburger Soup

15 oz Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
8 oz Cheese Regular
4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 1/2 cup, chopped Onions
2 c diced potatoes
6 cup Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium
1 tbsp, ground Basil, Dried
1 tbsp Parsley, Dried
3 tbsp Butter
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1/4 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour

Recipe Directions for Cheeseburger Soup

Cook celery, carrots, onion and 2 tbsp butter over medium heat until onions are translucent. Add in beef and brown. Drain if necessary. Add in broth, potatoes, parsley, basil. Bring potatoes to boil. Reduce to simmer. Make roux with remaining butter and flour. Stir in with milk and half and half. Stir in velveeta and sour cream. Do not boil.
