Recipe Ingredients for cheeseburger macaroni

1/2 pound lean GROUND BEEF
1 medium ONION, CHOPPED
1 1/2 cups BEEF BROTH
1 teaspoons MUSTARD
1/2 cup KETCHUP
1/2 teaspoon GARLIC POWDER
1/4 teaspoon SALT
5 oz macaroni
4 oz CHEDDAR CHEESE

Recipe Directions for cheeseburger macaroni

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the beef and onions, breaking apart the meat as you go. Drain off grease, and return pan to heat. (I like to cook the meat a little longer to get those nice burned bits of meat and onion.)

  2. Combine the beef broth, mustard, ketchup, garlic and salt. Add to meat.

  3. Bring the meat mixture to a boil, and add macaroni.

  4. Reduce the heat to medium, and cover. Continue cooking for 10 to 12 minutes, until the pasta is tender.

  5. When the macaroni is done, sprinkle cheese on top. Stir until melted, about 1 minute, and serve immediately.
