Recipe Ingredients for Cheeseburger Mac Attack

5 ounces Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Blend Pasta
1 pound 97% lean ground turkey
2 T Ketchup
1/2 cup onion
24 ounces Cauliflower and Cheese Sauce
3 wedges Light Original Swiss Spreadable Cheese Wedges
2 green onions

Recipe Directions for Cheeseburger Mac Attack

  1. In a large pot, prepare pasta very aldenta, cooking for about 1/2 the time indicated on the package. Drain well and set aside.

  2. In a bowl combine turkey, ketchup, and onion. Mix well. Add frozen cauliflower and cheese sauce, and mix gently. Transfer all to crock pot.

  3. Add cooked pasta to crock pot, and mix. Cover and cook on high 3-4 hrs or low 7-8hrs, until meat is fully cooked.

  4. Add cheese wedges, and scallions, and serve!

  5. To make on stove top:

  6. Boil noodles until cooked, drain set then set aside.

  7. Fry turkey w/onions until cooked. Remove from pan, set aside. In same pot, cook cauliflower and cheese until done. Add meat mixture back in pot. Add noodles. Add cheese wedges. Mix well and heat thouroughly. Top w/scallions.
